He is survived by: his spouse Rita Turner Pennington; his parent Nellie Vetch Pennington; his children, Clint Pennington of Gaffney, Selina Pennington and Jill Pennington; his grandson Ty Pennington; and his siblings, Johnny Pennington (Mary) of Gaffney, Dean Pennington of Gaffney, Billy Joe Pennington (Delores) of Gaffney, Rick Pennington of Gaffney, Louie Pennington of Gaffney, Rachel Blanton of Gaffney, Norma Blackwell (Darryl) of Gaffney, Margaret Byars (Lewis) of Gaffney, Linda Greer (Tim) of Grover and Kathy Splawn of Spartanburg.
