He was predeceased by: his parents, Cly McClellan Jolley and Gertrude Lamb Jolley; and his siblings, Barbara Jolley Gilbert and Billy Jolley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Scruggs Jolley; and his siblings, Gene Jolley (Joyce) of Morristown, TN and Emily J. Yelton (Kenneth) of Chesnee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: New Pleasant Baptist Church, "Playground Fund", 242 New Pleasant Road, Gaffney, SC 29341.
