It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Ramsey Sr. (Gaffney, South Carolina), born in Blacksburg, South Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn Keller Ramsey; his parents, Luther Albert Ramsey and Lillie Mae Hoffman Ramsey; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Fowler, Betty Vassey, Hazel Crawford, Cleo Palmer, Louise Wood, Willie Mae Ramsey and Frank Delano Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lavender Ramsey; his children, Ronald Albert Ramsey, Jr. (Linda) of Pacolet and Angela Renee Allison (Brooks) of Gaffney; his stepson Reverend Chris White (Rhonda) of Chesnee; his sisters, Corliss Robertson (Danny) of Gaffney, Loyce Sullivan (Pat) of Gaffney, Joyce Bright (Ken) of Gaffney and Brenda Elmore of Gaffney; and his stepgrandchildren, Faith White and Dalton White.
