He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Savoy and Ida Picard Savoy; and his sister Diane Hibbard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Harris Savoy; his children, Carey Savoy (Lisa) of Clover, Jeffery Savoy (Leslie), David Savoy (Brandi) and Deborah Phelps (Christopher); and his siblings, Ronald Savoy of Ridgecrest, CA, John Savoy of Punta Gorda, FL, Danny Savoy of Milton, VT, Nancy Cota of Milton, VT, Donna Savoy of Milton, VT and Joni Sawyer of Milton, VT. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
