She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Franklin and Rosa Lee Steadman Owensby; her daughter Lisha Rochelle Emory Henderson; and her sister Faye Jean Owensby Fowler. She is survived by: her close friend Walter E. Gregory; and her sons, Ronald Dean Emory of Spartanburg and Michael Joe Emory of Spartanburg.
