He is survived by: his spouse Pat Allen Cox; his children, Lee Cox (Stacy Dixon) of Gaffney and Sally Fredell of Gaffney; his sisters, Ester Ruth Strawhorn of Rock Hill, Rachel Bolt of Kings Mountain, NC, Hilda Owen (Wayne) of Seneca, Laura Leroy of Seneca and Mavis McDowell (Lane Parsons) of Seneca; and his grandchild Gracie Fredell.
