She was predeceased by: her parents, William Everett and Pearl Vaughn Dixon; her husband Lamont Fred Hamrick; and her brothers, William Thomas and Wilbur Wray Dixon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Evon Hamrick Denton (Frank) of Rock Hill, Carol Ann Hamrick Blackmon (Mike) of Greenville and Elizabeth Kay Hamrick Rigter (Joe) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Meredith Denton Farias (Juan), Alex Denton (Courtney), Allison Denton McMeans (Jeff), Daniel Blackmon (Alyssa), Ashley Rigter Mayer (Jon) and Sarah Rigter Jacobs (Reed); her great grandchildren, Carolina, Gabriella Farias, Blakely, Banks Denton, Will, Ben, Ansley Kate McMeans, Evie Blackmon, Emma, Wes Mayer and Ladd Jacobs; and her brothers, Archie Dixon (Betty) and Mike Dixon (Ann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
