We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2021, at the age of 78, Walter Griffin of Gaffney, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph Griffin and Maud Boland Griffin; his former wife Penni Oncken Griffin; and his grandson Nathan Haley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Harris Griffin; his children, Shawn Griffin (Katherine) of Arlington, Virginia, Becky Haley (Robert) of Kansas City, Kathleen Anzis (Hank) of Marshalltown and Megan Griffin of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Lauren Navarro (Bryce), Matthew Anzis (Hidz), Justin Griffin, Aaron Griffin (Laura), Ben Anzis, Daniel Griffin, Jacob Griffin (Kristin) and Jonathan Griffin.
