With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Woody Lester (Gaffney, South Carolina), who passed away on November 6, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Elzie Van Lester; and his siblings, Doris Lester Blanton and Johnny Lewis Lester. He is survived by: his spouse Laura Starnes Lester; his parent Frances Allison Lester; his children, Cheryl Seibert (James) of Prosperty, Jimmy Lester (Barbara) and Michael Lester (Michelle); his siblings, William Lester (Judy) of Gaffney and Mary Lester Allison of Gaffney; his sister-in-law Elaine Spencer Lester of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Seibert, Adam Seibert, Phillip Lester, Patrick Lester, Brady Lester and Evelyn Lester. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
