It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Neblo Tharpe of Gaston, South Carolina, born in Red Bank, New Jersey, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Burton James and Janet Lorraine Neblo; her husband Randy Tharpe; her children, Garrett and Sarah; her grandchildren, Ariana and Sophie; her siblings, Kathy Wagner, Donna Thorpe (Larry), Gwen Altman, Mary Lou Mitchum (Robert), Nancy Pace (Elliott), Susan Coughlin (Robert), Gordon Neblo and Stephen Neblo (Destiny); and her sisters-in-law, Traci Barlow, Debi Neblo (Tommy) and Julie Garza (Kris). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
