He is survived by: his sons, Steve Palmer (Lisa) of Lexington, SC and Mike Palmer (Leigh Ann) of Batesburg, SC; his grandson Christopher Baughman of Lexington, SC; his daughters, Wanda Hilley (Joel) and Lisa Boney of Lexington, SC; and his sisters, Beverly Austin, Paulette Hendrix, Linda Palmer Kaneft of Lexington, SC and Heddy Williams of Orangeburg, SC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
