We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2021, at the age of 79, James D. Miles Jr. (Gaston, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miles and Margie Miles; and his wife Shirley Miles. He is survived by: his brother Roddy Miles (Tanya); his children, Trey Miles (Diane) and Shannon Hardwick (Blake Covey); his grandchildren, Zach Hardwick, Dylan Miles, Kaitlyn Myers (Johnathan) and Cody Hardwick; and his great grandchild Kohlden Hardwick.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Cancer Research Center.
