With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice George Coxe (Gaston, South Carolina), born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie George and Martha Morris George; her husband Ernest Graham Coxe; her siblings, Carolyn Quick (Legrand) and Emery George Sr. (Lena); and her aunt Margaret George.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia Gerald (H. L.) and Charlie George; her daughters, Lisa Coxe, Victoria Coxe and Delina Coxe; her adoptive son Thomas Lee Cox; her grandchildren, Justin Herring, Joshua Herring, Jonathan Herring, Erica Lee Cox and Stephany Cox; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Herring, Kiley Herring, Leah Faith Herring and Logan Tyler Herring.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Coxe and the family asks that memorials be made to the Camp of Gideons.
