He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Leslie Hoover and Paige King Dinolfo; his children, Gabriel Hoover and Aurora Hoover; and his grandparents, Homer "Bud" and Ann Hoover. He was also cherished by 4 half-brothers and a half-sister.
