She is survived by: her parent William L. Helton, Sr.; her daughters, Karen Simpson Leatherman (Jay), Kim Simpson Layman (Matt) and Susan Simpson Bumgardner (Mark); her sisters-in-law, Sarah Helton, Faye Staton and Vernie Bumgardner; her grandchildren, Lisa Tallman, Kassi Mullis, Alicia Bumgardner, David Bumgardner, Jennifer Bumgardner, Thomas Bumgardner, Meagan Lanning and Jerrica Harris; and her great grandchildren, Ryker Harris, Emery Harris, Avery Lanning, Hadley Mullis and Eleanor Mullis.
