She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Forbes and Evelyn Juanita McCaston. She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Lynn Forbes (Anthony) of Sanford, NC and Sarah Marie Mack of Gaston; her grandchildren, Olivia Forbes, Hunter Muse, Damien Andrews, Evelyn Mack and Sophia Frazier; and her siblings, Alyson Doub (David) of Lexington, SC and Douglas Forbes of Pinehurst, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and 1 great nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agape Hospice House, 128 Library Hill Lane, Lexington, SC, 29072 or the South Carolina.
