She was predeceased by: her mother Harriett Shaw; her former husband Herman Towery; her husband Everet Long; and her son Joseph Towery. She is survived by: her son Timothy M. Towery of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Christen Hall (Sean) of Oklahoma City, OK and Christopher Towery of Florida; her great grandchildren, Nate Hall and Gabriel Hall; and her cousins, Lana Jacobs of Pawleys Island, John E. Shaw of Georgetown and Susie Peterson of Georgetown.
