He is survived by: his wife Windy Adelle Cox; and his children, Richard Cox (Rita) of Dillon, Gregory Kirton (Jen) of Austin, TX, Jacob Tyler Matthews Cox of Spartanburg, Sandra C. Bettex of North Carolina and Christy Perez Carlos (Gabrial Gomez Perez) of Florence.
