He was predeceased by : his parents, James Jentry "JJ" Mitchum and Lucille Benton Mitchum; and his siblings, Harold Keith Mitchum and Janice Mitchum Graham. He is survived by : his brother A. Craig Mitchum (Cathy) of Pawleys Island; his sister-in-law Doris Mitchum of Georgetown; his nieces and nephews, David Mitchum of Seneca, Anthony Mitchum (Tina) of Collegeville, PA, Micah Singleton of Little River, Robin Hancock (Paul) of Georgetown and Deanna Mitchum of Pawleys Island; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee Hancock, Savannah Mitchum, Rebecca, Kristen, Keith Hancock and Jentry Mitchum. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Due to COVID-19, graveside services will be private and those attending are encouraged to wear a face mask and social distance.
