He is survived by: his wife Deborah Todd; his children, Rusty Leon Todd (Julie), Ben Lewis (Cindy), Lisa Todd Hughes (Pete), Crystal Mullinax (Adam) and Dawn Hall (Jimmy); and his siblings, Jack Todd and Mearl Parker. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
