Supina (Eric), Joy Nicole Matthews, Cindy McDaniel (Elliott), Patrick Zimman, Albert, Blakely (Darlene), Gerda Eaddy (Gregg), Danny Mercer and John Polson (Erica); his grandchildren, Krissie Winter, Zachary Stephen, Sidney Supina, Jamie McDaniel, Dustin McDaniel (Sarai), Derrick Zimman (Megan), Stacey Herrington (Joey), Amber Mahaffey, Alex Smith, Austin Eaddy (BJ), Taylor Mercer, Dana Mercer, Garrett Polson, McKenzie Cook, Ethan Cook and David Cook; and his siblings, Robert Terry Mattews (Sandy), Faye Reynolds (Harry), Bonnie Creel Ackerman (Ronnie) and Darlene Creel Jordan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
