He is survived by: his stepdaughter Donna Small (Frank) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Deana Marsh of Johnsonville and Michael Small (Blair) of North Carolina; and his sisters, Betty Cook of Sumter and Dora Plutto of Marion. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
