He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Norton McCants; his children, Ann M. Newton (Mark) of Andrews and Jimmy McCants (Sue) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Brian Newton of Goose Creek, Mindy Foster (Stan) of Georgetown, Michael McCants (Brittany) of Birmingham, AL and Travis McCants (Megan) of Alexander City, AL; his great grandchildren, Layton, Loftyn McCants, Cooper, Emma Cole McCants, Eden and Sarah Foster; his sister Brenda Wildes of Andrews; and his sisters-in-law, Margie McCants, Verma M. Dean and Bonnie N. Corbin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
