She is survived by: her parents, David Cecil Harsh and Frances Jaillette Harsh; her husband Steven Lee Cottrell; her children, Ronald William "Will" Murrell and Julia Kathryn "Katie" Murrell; her grandmother Dorothy O'Neil Leto of Baltimore, MD; her sisters, Julia Harsh Oberst and Kathryn Harsh Cunningham (Greg); her aunt Rheta Jaillette Reeves of Florence, SC; her nephews, Michael David Oberst of New York, NY and Benjamin Forrest Cunningham of Myrtle Beach, SC; her parents-in-law, Marcus and Carol Miller of Pleasant Hill, OH; her brother Brent; her sister-in-law Kelly Cottrell of Pleasant Hill, OH; her brother Bruce; her sister-in-law Brandy Cottrell; and her godparents, Laura and Ernest Meyer.
