We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, at the age of 65, Sharon Mercer Pierce (Georgetown, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dueward "Stucky" Belmont Mercer and Neelie Elizabeth Bone Mercer; and her siblings, Roger Dale Mercer, Joe Mercer, Betty Lou Davis and Helen Belcher.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie "Dean" Mercer and Saron "Sara" Elaine Bishop; her stepchildren, William Leroy "Lee" Pierce Jr. and Teresa Lyles; her grandchildren, Hunter Donavon Bishop, Jessica Danielle Bishop, Payton Dean Mercer and Dallas Cameron; her great grandchildren, Kaiden Daniel Bishop and Sawyer Dean Jordan; her siblings, William "Tumpy" Mercer (Mildred), Deuward "Buddy" Mercer (Faye), Patricia "Pat" Ann Howard (Tommy), Wanda Sue Mercer and Janette Elizabeth Miller (Odell); and her niece Lisa Todd (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, the family asks that everyone please practice social distancing and facemasks are required.
