He was predeceased by: his parents, James Madison Cooper and Mary High Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith Cooper; his children, James David Cooper (Delacy) of Georgetown and Cindy Williams (Jamie) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Madison Cooper of Pawleys Island, Ryan Williams (Michaela) of Georgetown, Jarrett Cooper of Pawleys Island, Drew Williams (Kirsten) of Georgetown, Bennett Lawshe of Georgetown, Camdyn Lawshe of Georgetown and Hayden Williams of Georgetown; and his great grandchildren, Remington Miles and Brinley Williams. He is also survived by three brothers, one sister, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
