He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Addison Stuckey and Mary Frances Tucker Stuckey; and his son William Adison Stuckey III. He is survived by: his wife Nina Osteen Stuckey; his daughter Valerie Stuckey Lynn (Douglas); his grandson Jack (William Lynn); and his siblings, Roy Tucker Stuckey (Dale) and Elizabeth "Betty" Stuckey Wilson.
