He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Drafts and Lois Drafts; and his son Wendell Benton. He is survived by: his wife Iris B. Drafts; his children, Angela B. Keels (John), Johnny Benton (Tina) and Roger Benton (Karen); his grandchildren, Daniel Keels, Hannah Spruell, John Benton, Jessica Benton, Andrew Benton, Christopher Benton, Joshua Benton, Amber Rawl, Nicole Dew and Spencer Benton; and his great grandchildren, Payton Keels, Noah Benton, Kingston Rawl and Blaise Dew.
