He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Fulmer and Toye Fulmer; and his siblings, Pauline Addy, Ronald and Lonnie Fulmer.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hite Fulmer; his children, Gregg C. Fulmer (Patti) of Chapin, Kelly L. Sawyer of Lexington, Tara F. Johnson (Tim) of North Augusta and Darla R. Fulmer of Lexington; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Faith, Mallorie, Brennan, Anna Grace, Malakai and Jamel; and his great grandchild Kourtlynn.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Carroll's memory to either Cedar Grove Lutheran Church (1220 Cedar Grove Road, Leesville, SC 29070) or the American Cancer Society (200 Center Point Circle #100, Columbia, SC 29210).
