He is survived by: his mother Tammy Lisa Spicer; his stepfather Johnny Lee Spicer; his father Daryl Nelson Gossett; his brothers, Travis Neil Hines of Gilbert, Nicholas Scott Murray of Aiken, Jonathan Lee Spicer of Gilbert, John David Spicer of Columbia and Robert Shane Spicer of Spartanburg; his uncles, William Joseph Murray of Spartanburg and George Dean Murray of Gilbert; his niece Saundra Murray of Gilbert; his nephews, Dominick Murray of Gilbert, Bryce Murray of Aiken, Isaiah and Luke Spicer of Lexington; and his pet Ash.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made here in honor of Charley's late nephew, Caiden.
