He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Lee Leaphart and Maxie Greg Craps of Gilbert; his wife Carrie Lee Long Craps; his sisters, Bobbie and Maxine; his grandson Chris Craps; and his daughter-in-law Dorothy Craps.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Craps of Gilbert, Tommy Craps of Gilbert and Jerry Craps (Dianne) of Gilbert; his grandchildren, Brian, Jill (Charles), Matthew (Rebecca) and Amy; his great grandchildren, Cailyn, Clayton, Bella, Vance and Benjamin; and his siblings, Faith Stone (Robert) of Batesburg, Steve Craps (Beth) of Gilbert, Junius Craps (Janice) of Boiling Springs and Linda Hartley (Fletcher) of Lexington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund at Cedar Grove Lutheran Church, 1220 Cedar Grove Rd., Leesville, SC 29070.
