He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Odell Plemmons and Frances Meadows Plemmons. He is survived by: his wife Ann Hardin Plemmons; his children, V. Wayne Plemmons (Melanie), Timothy O. Plemmons, Sr. (Kelley) and Susan Hendrix (Paul); his sister Rita Vinson (Gene); his grandchildren, Andrew Plemmons, Timothy O. Plemmons, Jr. (Randi) and Ashley Solares (Edwin); and his great grandchildren, Jayce Best and Maggie Plemmons.
