She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Kelly and Walker Jane Allen Kelly. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Kelly, Sr.; her children, James Edward Kelly, Jr. and Mary Jane Kelly Upson; her brothers, Charles and Randy Laney; and her grandchildren, Hannah Jane, Samantha Grace Upson and James Edward Kelly, III.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beulah United Methodist Church or Agape Hospice.
