She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Clayburn Amick and Eva Rosabelle Frick Amick; and her siblings, Frances Amick Davis, Caroline Amick Frick, Hubert Amick, Thomas Amick and Ray Amick.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ann Amick Adams, Robert Amick, Bruce Amick and Heyward Amick.
