We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025, Terry Mincey Bullard (Lexington, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Terry Mincey shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Terry Mincey farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Shelton Mincey; and her husband Mark Bullard. She is survived by: her mother Sadie Clamp Mincey; her children, Matthew Bullard (Brionna), Jessica Bullard, Brandi Snyder (Justin) and Kaci Shively (Seth); and her sister Patricia "Trish" Amick (Darren). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
