He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Rowe and Sue Ellen Rowe. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Taska Rowe-Logan; and his siblings, Brigette Rowe of Lancaster, PA and Richard S. Rowe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
