She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Gordon, Sr. and Ethel Brown Gordon; her siblings, Alice Drayton, Eli Gordon, James Gordon, Willie Gordon, Jr. and Louis Gordon; and her grandchildren, Shantell Campbell and Craig Wolf.

She is survived by : her children, Jacob Smalls, Donzle Smalls (Anna), Charles Smalls (Shelia), Lucille Wolfe, Geneva Thorbourne (Larry), Ida Vanzant (Jimmy) and Mary Waliszewski (Chester); her siblings, Mary Ann Green (Harold), David Gordon (Regenia) and Melvin Gordon, Sr. (Marguerite); and her sister-in-law Dolly Gordon. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
