It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agathoniki Theoklitos (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Epamenontas Banias and Stavroula Kalevas Banias; and her sister Fotini Banias Sanoulis. She is survived by: her husband Elias "Louie" Theoklitos; her daughters, Voula Kalevas (Jimmy) and Antigone Theoklitos (Angelo Dilveridis); her siblings, Maria Gianopoulos, Christophoros Banias and Fotios Banias; and her grandchildren, Elle Kalevas, Elias Kalevas and Nikellyah Dilveridis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral (406 N Academy St, Greenville, SC 29601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
