We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2021, at the age of 99, Alvin Woodard Ching of Greenville, South Carolina, born in Castlewood, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Ching and Mabel Ching of South Dakota. He is survived by: his wife Harriette Bekke Ching; his children, Erik (Cathy Stevens) and Nissa; and his grandchildren, Anders, Halle and Evan.

In lieu of flowers or donations, as per Woody's wishes, he requests that you go outside, take a walk, and stay involved in constructive activities all your years.
