He was predeceased by: his parents, Hagan Bailey and Hazel Sizemore Bailey of Baughman, KY.; and his sister Lillian Bailey Ortenzi. He is survived by: his sons, John Bailey of Cornelius, NC and Brad Bailey (Jamie) of Cornelius, NC; his stepchildren, Donnie Ouzts of Taylors and Lesley Cannon (Tony) of Greenville; and his siblings, Kittie Bailey Sizemore, Barbara Bailey, Ruby Bailey Charles, Hershel Bailey and Arvil Bailey. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
