She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett A. Dawson and Lilliebel Carpenter Dawson; her husband Vernie Lee Morse, Jr.; and her siblings, Ouita Mae Dobbins and Carroll Thomas Dawson.
She is survived by: her children, Everett Wayne Morse (Cindy), Vernie Joe Morse, Sr. (Maggie), Thomas Stephen Morse, Sr. (Brenda) and Judy Gayle Tanner (Ron); and her sister Lou Alice Flattmann. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
