Gislina S. Farnsworth Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gislina S. Farnsworth in Greenville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Steindor Petursson and Gudrun Gisladottir; her sisters, Fanney Petra and Ragnheidur; her half-brother Sigurdur Steindorsson; and her son-in-law Ronald E. Morris.
She is survived by: her siblings, Omar Steindorsson, Jon Axel Steindorsson, Maris S. Weiner and Dora Steindorsdottir Cabrera; her children, William Viktor Farnsworth, MD (Leah), Elisabet Farnsworth Wilson (Keith) and Linda Farnsworth Morris; her grandchildren, Saxon, Mackenzie, Anna, Gunnar, Viktoria, Samuel, Grace and Jakob; and her great grandchildren, Baker and Olivia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mackey Funerals and Cremations (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
