He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Butler and Lucille Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Valarie Foster of Greenville, SC and Jerrett Foster (Jessica Barber) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by four sisters; one brother; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
