He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foloky and Veronica Gragido Foloky. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Foloky; his children, Jason Smith, Mandi Porcoro, Kalie Porcoro, Nathan Porcoro, Kaleb Porcoro and Jordan Porcoro; his sisters, Terese (Rob), Lynn (Patrick) and Jeanne (Thomas); his mother-in-law Frances Bridgman; and his brother-in-law Mark (Corinne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
