He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stovall and Melvia Isom Stovall; and his sisters, Peggy Barnett and Jackie Crump. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Singleton Stovall; his children, Keith Stovall and Tisha Clements; his sisters, Janet Vickery and Judy Bailey; his grandchildren, Kayla and J. D. Clements; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Alice, Addison and Dixie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669).
