She is survived by: her children, Ronald (Dianne) and Deborah (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Gregory and Kyle Jones; her son Gary (Lori); her grandchildren, Alexa and Garrett; and her sister Ceil Kosiba.

The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted and memorials be made to Project Host in her honor.
