She was predeceased by : her husband Jimmy A. Wade; her parents, William Thompson and Estelle Stone Thompson; and her brothers, Charles Haskell Thompson, Wilton Earl Thompson and James Erskine Thompson.

She is survived by : her son Chris Wade (Gracie) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Kristin Wade of Greenwood and Logan Ginn of Waterloo; her great grandchild Charlotte Cooke of Greenwood; and her sister Doris Thompson Bolt of Laurens.
