It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Buchanan Fennell of Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse A. C. "Bubba" Fennell, III; her parents, Jones Fuller and Ruth Childres "Monk" Buchanan; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah F. Youngblood and Joe Fennell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Childres Buchanan (Susan) and Rebekah Buchanan James (Chris) of Greenwood; her nieces and nephews, Taylor Buchanan (Alicia), Zachary Buchanan (Lauren), Dr. Josh Fennell, Jr. (Amy), Sarah Hasting (John) and Lisa Neal (Kyle); her sisters-in-law, Carolyn "Noonie" Fennell and Patricia DeYoung; and her great-nephew Lincoln Buchanan.
