We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2021, at the age of 91, Lib Morgan Farmer of Greenwood, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rufus Edgar Waters and Beulah Crane Waters. She is survived by : her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" McCartney (Jay) of Banner Elk, NC.
