She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard C. Burns, Sr. and Dell Williams Sanders; and her brother Leonard C. Burns, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Earl Loper and Shannon Loper Brock (Barry); her brother William Earl Burns (Jo Anne); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Brock Blackman (Jay), Kelsey McArial Brock and Addison Elizabeth Loper; and her great grandchildren, Savannah May Blackman, Kennedy McArial Adams and Peyton Caroline Adams.
